- Bill French was originally born in and is a resident of Springwater Township and follows local municipal politics and identifies areas of concern. He has published a number of articles and letters on the issues. Bill served on the Committee of Adjustment for 5 years with the last 2 years as chair. Bill also chaired the Grenfel Recreation Service Board for 3 years. With over 40 years of business experience he hopes to bring some cost and operating efficiencies to the table. He dislikes the fact that development is being dictated by large developers and not the township which could create huge debt loads for infrastricture if not brought into check. The lack of health care services in the Township is a big concern as is the threat of the loss of its only high school EDHS. Bill wants to bring jobs to the township to stop the loss of the young population that move out of the township.
